Camping de Haer

1. Parking: Parking is allowed either in the parking lot outside the campsite or on your designated pitch. A maximum of 1 car is permitted. Parking on roads, verges, or other pitches is not allowed.

2. Sep-Key: The Sep-Key provided to you is strictly personal and remains the property of Camping de Haer at all times.

3. Quiet Hours: Between 10:30 PM and 8:00 AM, motorized vehicles are not allowed to operate on the campsite.
You are required to drive at walking pace at all times on the campsite.

4. Overnight Guests: If someone stays in your caravan who is not a member of your immediate household, their details must be provided at reception. We charge €5.10 (overnight fee and tourist tax) per person, per day, with a maximum of €50.00 per week, per caravan.

5. Noise Disturbance: Any form of disturbance is prohibited. This includes noise from gatherings, loud sound systems, etc. Alarm systems are allowed, provided they automatically shut off after a maximum of 1 minute.

6. Generators/Transceivers: The use of power generators and/or radio transmitters is prohibited.

7. Solar Panels: Installing or using solar panels is not permitted.

8. Pets: Pets are allowed provided they do not cause any disturbance. Dogs and cats must be kept on a short leash. A maximum of 2 dogs or cats are allowed per pitch. Rodents must be kept in a cage. Dogs must be walked outside the campsite barriers, and owners are required to clean up after them. “Poop bags” can be disposed of in the yellow bins outside the campsite.

9. Sales/Trading: Any form of selling or trading is strictly prohibited on the campsite grounds.

10. Liability: Camping de Haer is not liable for any stolen or damaged property.

11. Rentals: It is not allowed to rent out your camping accommodation to unaccompanied youths.

12. Waste Disposal: The recycling station is near the reception. Only household waste in sealed garbage bags is allowed in the large container. Waste brought from another address is not permitted. Large items like party tents, chairs, parasols, or furniture must be disposed of by yourself. Glass must go in the glass container, paper and cardboard in their designated space, and empty batteries can be handed in at a supermarket.

13. Oil/Petroleum Use: The use of oil or petroleum is prohibited on the entire campsite.

14. Maintenance: The renter of a pitch is responsible for keeping their camping equipment clean and in good condition.

15. Construction: Building on, next to, or around your camping accommodation is not allowed. However, one shed with a maximum size of 4m² (length 2.20m, height 2.10m) and a double-sloped roof is permitted. Mortar or cement is prohibited.

16. Fences: Fences up to 60 cm high must be placed on the inside edge of the border planting. Structures that do not comply must be removed.

17. Party Tents: Party tents up to 9m² are allowed, with a maximum of 1 party tent per pitch.

18. Second Accommodation: A second camping accommodation is not allowed, even for storage. However, you may place up to 2 small tents per pitch with a maximum size of 3m² and a height of 1.5 meters.

19. Pruning: Pruning is prohibited from April 1 to November 1. Outside this period, it is only allowed with written or emailed permission.

20. Renovation: Changes or renovations to your camping accommodation or pitch are allowed only from October 1 to March 31 to avoid disturbing fellow campers. If emergency repairs are required, you must notify us by email or in writing and receive approval.

21. Dismantling Caravans: Dismantling caravans on the campsite is not allowed.

22. Contract Termination: Termination of your contract must be done by email or in writing, at least 3 months before the end of the contract period.

23. Selling on Site: Selling your camping accommodation on-site is allowed only if it has a value of at least €7,500, adjusted for inflation. This value must be proven through a valuation report from Secondhomecheck.nl, no older than 24 months. You must also consult with us to ensure the buyers are suitable recreational guests. You may advertise your sale on our information board.

  1. During your stay at Camping de Haer, photographs or videos may be taken that can be used for publications by Camping de Haer. By visiting Camping de Haer, you agree to this.
